These can get a little tricky, as the universe of Bleach is not totally known and therefore, almost anything can go, but there are a few ground rules.
Not everyone has Bankai.
[x] A seated officer, and we cannot stress this enough, is more than likely NOT going to know Bankai. Vice-captains have a hard time with this enough. The only exceptions to this rule are Ikkaku, Ichigo and Renji. They can because they are very rare exceptions. If you really want a seated officer to have Bankai, then you need to talk to Gin first about it. Regular Shinigami are not going to have one. End of story.
Good applications for good spots.
[x] If you apply as a Canon Character, especially one with captain / vice captain / espada rank, you need to have a good application.(this means above 'beginner' level. No half-assing or one paragraphs). We do realize that there is not a lot known on some characters. So whatever is known about them is necessary to have.

[x]Under any normal situation, you cannot apply with an Original Character who has a relationship with a Canon Character. UNLESS, if permission is asked from the Admin and that Canon Character if they exist.
