Basics

Time changes many things and the world of the shinobi is no different. Three hundred years since the time of the idealist treams of Hokage Naruto-sama and Kazekage Gaara-sama. The memories of the peaceful time have all but faded from the minds of the shinobi, only a footnote in history or names upon a wall.

Otogakure, once the scourge of the shinobi world is now just another hidden village with its own unique culture. The Akatsuki, once decimated, have risen once more like a phoenix from the ashes, ranks filled now with new and perhaps even more dangerous shinobi. Once more the bijuu have been sealed in hosts, their lives set apart from their fellow nin by the curse thrust upon them. Putting their lives and the lives of those around them in danger just by being. A new organization has formed in this time of shifting. Rumours circulate around villages and flutter around the wilderness. Their purpose uncertain to all whom have not found a place in their ranks, what will the future hold.

Yes, things are different, and yet much has stayed the same. Future generations of shinobi graduate from the acadedmy. Their dreams alive, their hopes budding, and their futures bright. New allies have formed, and new friendships bud and grow every day. Shinobi die, shinobi are born. The cycle continues.

-.> Due to the fact that many people were creating Kekkei Genkais that were either far two perfect for the purposes of an RP or that were too similar to an already created they will no longer be accepted in the application, but rather in the appropriate board after acceptance.

-.> Kages can be applied for, as can Sanin, just make sure that the application is kick ass.
